Each Chopping Board is finished with one coat of (Food Safe) pure mineral oil & presented in a lovely recycled craft brown box.

Care Instructions for Chopping Boards

Never soak your board in water.

Do not place your board in the dishwasher.

After each use, simply rinse with a wet sponge using hot water and a little mild dish washing liquid and towel dry. It is fine to use a good steel scraper or spatula after use, as necessary, to keep the cutting surface clean and sanitary.

Periodically, apply an even coat of food safe mineral oil to the work surface of your chopping board. Apply with a rag and let dry.
