Returns Policy
At Woody Wood Gifts we hope you will be happy with your order; however, in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied we do our best to work with you to resolve any problems.
We cannot be held accountable for spelling mistakes as we design each item using the details provided to us, so please check carefully when placing your order.
For returns, please send your purchase in the condition received, with original packaging and enclose the returns form and post it to us within 14 working days of receipt.
We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Once the delivery to you has been signed for at the given address, it is no longer the responsibility of Woody Wood Gifts. Refunds cannot be given if the gift is not passed on to the named recipient.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Woody Wood Gifts will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after an investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
If we send you the wrong product or a damaged product, we will resend the correct product and enclose a postage mail envelope, so that you can return the wrong or damaged product back to us free of charge. To arrange this service please email sales@woodywoodgifts.com. This is strictly for orders sent in error by us.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the “Checkout” button and you will be asked for a few details in order to complete your order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of GB, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and all major debit and credit cards. Sorry we do not accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards.

Shipping outside the United Kingdom depends on the country of delivery. The best way to find out overseas delivery charges is to add a product to ‘Add to Cart’, select your country from the checkout area and see the shipping costs added to your order.

Shipping service in the UK is provided by Royal Mail and Outside the UK by Royal Mail’s International services.
Back Orders:
We stock all items displayed online. If for some reason we are out of stock, we will email or call you, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for it to come back into stock.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
